I'm working on a new project, its a Intamin Giga Coaster, 330 ft, with those beautiful looking I305 supports.
Working on fixing the supports, some basic scenery(trees and lakes?), and the queue!
Here are some pics! All supports are done in NL2

UPDATE: I finished the queue, added some trees (a lot of them!), fixed some of the supports, added some fences, added a Ferris wheel in the background, added some more detail in the lift.

Still need to name the coaster and then create some sort of entrance name thing. Any name suggestion :?:

P.S. have any you guys ever messed around with the field of view? Its awesome! :D

Looks great, but the lift hill kind of feels a bit off. It's like it's at too shallow for an angle to be supported safely by those 2 supports columns. I say either make the lift a tad bit steeper or and a third set of supports a bit further down the lift.

Look at I305 and you might think the same thing. The lift is already at a angle of 45 degrees, so I can't make it steeper.
If I add another support tower it would ruin it, the two towers are identical.
Any name suggestions?

Also I think the points where the tower structures meet the track need to be slightly lower. Like 10 ft, not a lot. It just looks off to me.

It does look like 40-ish. That picture above of I-305 is noticeably steeper. Is this handbuilt, newtoned, or made in FVD?
It's been a long time

I think the reason it looks a bit off is because of the transition bettween the straight part of the lift and the dive is diffrent. Mine seems to have a longer transition (larger radius), also the coaster is taller.

. But I will try to make it look better. :D

Looking at it closely(my coaster) , it seems it just under 45 degrees (just under) around 42-43 degrees. Its so close! Seems like its noticeable over such a large distance. Also the field of view in the I305 pic affects how the lift looks! The coaster is Hand built in NL2.

What kind of name are you looking for?

Looking for Bird type? Something that could fit the orange, I was thinking "Interceptor 330".

Is that bad? or just
I like it because it kinda fits, the coaster is very fast, low ground, with lots of intersections.

Eh, I don't love it, it's kinda like Fury 325, doesn't sound great. Intimidator 305 always sounded good. I don't know why, but it just always did.

I love that you're taking advantage of the new support system provided by NL2 and using the square beams for supports rather than the pipes
What are these for?

Yeah but the hard thing is that they don't like to remain still, they keep rotating! So its not hard but it takes time to fix all of them lol.

Not saying it's a bad name, just teasing at Cedar Point's new obsession with putting numbers in roller coaster names

Coaster hits 96 mph, is 330 ft tall, and has 5600 ft of track. The coaster never really slows down, keeps a fast pace.
