I am currently looking for an advanced 3d modeler. (someone who can make stuff like B&M Bogies, and restraints, all of that good stuff) For the recreation I am working on!

I am sorry to burst your bubble, but "good" modelers are rarely free. Good modeling is extremely time consuming, and like any art take a great deal of investment to gain skill. I myself learned long ago that it is simply not worth working for free. So my advice is that you pic up a good program like Blender (free program, very powerful) and start learning yourself.

It's worth noting, Whitewolf, that this particular user doesn't actually do anything himself, but instead outsources the work to multiple other users who get sucked in.

I love how you bumped an old topic.

Anyways. It's really just making a model of a building look very run down, and overran with vegetation. That's just not something I can do. I've already made the building. It just needs the vegetation, and the rundown look.
