^Remember, we don't cut off sign ups after 24 people. If we have more than 24, the players who are furthest from the lucky number are wait listed. Those players are added to the game if other players are eliminated. You could sign up on the last day of signups and still get to play. It all depends on the lucky number chosen at the start of the draft.

So lets say I pick 77,
And the lucky number is 2.
Lets say that 40 people are playing, The top 24 people who have numbers closest to 2 will play?
Then someone like me, who didn't make the top 24, will be placed on a waiting list until a spot opens out once the first people from the original 24 are elimanted? Then I will fill the spot and participate in the draft in the round that the draft is currently in?

Correct. Also note that if the person you are replacing was eliminated for missing rounds, you will get the chance to make up for his/her missed rounds.

Would you be able to take as many picks as the original had that the original participant had? Say that he missed two rounds in a row, would you be able to pick for those two rounds, plus the current one, or just the two that he skipped?

When it is your first turn as replacement player, you will be able to pick a coaster in that round, as well as coasters for all the rounds your predecessor missed. After your first round, you will have as many coasters as there are rounds (except when you pick 2 sets of dueling/racing coasters).

What about all the people who don't get to play because they are put on the wait list? If I don't get to go I really do not want to wait another year for this to start back up again and possibly be excluded again.

^^I wouldn't worry too much about being excluded. Every year we have people get eliminated. Last year I believe we started with 24 and ended with less than 15 players remaining. Everybody who signed up had the chance to play even if they we're wait listed and I cannot imagine this year is going to be much different.

^ Thats been pretty much every year I believe. I know of one year I had to drop out due to loss of internet

Yea, there will always be people dropping out for various reasons. No one is crazy enough to religiously be on this site every 24 hours... Except me
