I have been spending a lot of time trying and trying to make this old soviet cannon slide with supports in NL2.

I have this perfect tube.

But my supports come out like this when I rotate the whole tube 44 degrees. I have to do this to be able to slide down it in the walkmode.

Play with the roll settings on each piece to fix. The other way would be to just remake it with the angle in mind and make sure each piece is set to the right angle. Start with a 45* then work your way down

Have you made a tube with a 45 dergreeish angle before?

Is a problem or glitch with the editor supports that they get messed up when we build like this or copy a object and move it and the supports get rotated a random angle?

I think it was meant to be a functional feature that would assist building with square supports, so that they auto rotated when at an angle. But it has caused some pretty annoying issues with making support scenery and for some reason doesn't work well with the copy/paste option

It's not a glitch its just the way the supporting system is set up. Ole and I have talked about it before
