The hallmark of the series of coasters I've attempted to make over the years and have never completed, I'm starting my recreation of Boulder Dash again. Except it doesn't fit in NL1, so I actually haven't started yet as I have to wait for NL2.
In the mean time I've been whipping up this highly-accurate-in-all-areas-no-one-cares-about 3d model of the station. Dimensions of the wood are exact to scale (save for parts that have to be updated). This is the highest level of detail and accuracy I've ever worked in, but I'm really happy with how it's coming out. Textures are placeholders, the real thing will be much more fancy. Mainly working on the transfer table right now to establish a sense of scale and reference points, and I also don't want to set the station floor until I know the slope of the track.
