Phantom Fright Night 10/25!

Guess who's going to one of Kennywood's famous Phantom Fright Nights this year? (If it's not obvious... it's me ). Expect my first formal trip report, as well as a video from this visit! I'll have my camera with our group as well to get some awesome shots.

Even better, to celebrate their 13th year, they've added this that I am SO doing:

In honor of Phantom Fright Nights?????? 13th season, we welcome you to experience Ark in the Dark. From 12:00 AM -1:00 AM each night, the lights go out and something sinister takes over. A maximum of 2 people at a time will venture into an unknown experience and attempt to survive in complete darkness, unaware of what may or may not be waiting. Passes can be purchased online for $10 per person or $13 for two. Ark in the Dark will have a limit of 13 pairs of brave souls each evening.

Aahhhhhh... I can't wait any longer! More so of an itching to get on a coaster again... haven't ridden anything since June!

I'm really mad I didn't get back there this year. Love all of Kennywood's rides though.

Can't wait to see what they have in store! I'm hoping for a new coaster in the next 2-3 years

^ They need it, but Phantom is still amazing on it's own!

Skyrocket is pretty sweet (and the smoothest coaster I've ever ridden!) but it's no Phantom. I'd love for a new terrain coaster behind the Racer in that new land they bought

Also, I've been too busy for myself with our school's Fall Play recently to work on the report. Show ends on the 15th, so after taking a few 'me' days I'll have it up!
