Lol, I really hope the trim gets removed! It might not have been painted because maybe they were concerned the paint would affect the Trim's performance or something? Idk
Pretty sure they won't take out the trims, since the new trains aren't made for that track then B&M will want full control over the ride, therefore trims!
I mean to be fair it is an extremely easy ride to paint. The pond is 3.5-4ft deep tops and there isn't really anything around the ride. Plus the whole 2nd half of the ride is one giant low-zone.
In case you haven't heard... This winter in Ohio is supposed to be horribly jacked up. They are probably wanting to finish the ride before January to have it open on time. There's also the chance that maybe they haven't been completely open about the conversion... I wonder if there's more to it than just a repaint and new trains. Like getting the repaint out of the way before building up around the track and site makes it more difficult. After all they did say that the render may look different by next year

Yep new credit. And even though the trims are there, it can still be decided later to take it out, but better to have it painted in case they leave them on.
