Hi, my name is lucas, and I am a new NL2 user... I have one question, How can I save a coaster element? Thanks! :D

After you selected all vertices included in the element, go under element tab and save element. I might be wrong cause I'm not in front of a PC either...

Pretty sure that's correct. Inserting the element is a little more complicated. If you don't have a triangle node selected when you insert, the element will import disconnected from the track, and if you have it selected and when it imports, it will be connected but the node it attached to will become a strict node, and for some reason (not sure if it's a bug) all the roll nodes on the inserted element will be strict.

What you mean? You save the element, then you "add element" to a selected vertex usually the last one connected only to one side.
