I'm confused on how the order is reversed. Not really concerned, just a little confused

The list is literally turned on its head

first becomes last, second becomes second last etc etc.

then everyone is re sorted into groups of 4.

The group re sorting is to keep the game going quickly (rather than having several groups of 1 or 2 due to drop outs)

Are we allowed to make our picks, or does Hyyyper need to officially announce each group first?
