Kings Island Resort and Conference Center Closes

The Kings Island Resort and Conference center has officially shut its doors. This place was built right next to Kings Island by Taft Broadcasting when they owned Kings Island at the time and was used as a place to film for the Brady Bunch.

That's rather unfortunate. :/

I just stayed there this year, it was slightly overpriced but still more or less worth it for the convenience factor of being so close (their Coasters restaurant had good food too). I consider this a bummer...any details on why it's closing and what the fate of the property might be?

...maybe it'll turn into a B&M giga that crosses the road.

my guess is bankrupt or something similar to that it going up for auction so there might be hopes it will reopen with new owners or it gets destroyed for something new like a store or something
