I'm sure this has been posted before (Tried searching the forum, but didn't really get a solid answer)
I'm looking at getting a new desktop computer (Current desktop and laptop really struggle running Nl2) And I would really like to run NL2 on max settings (or really close). When it comes to computers, I have absolutely no idea what to get or look for, so if some of you could recommend a good desktop pc that would be great!. I'm not sure what the budget is going to be (Probably somewhere around 800?) Again sorry if this has been posted before.
Thanks!

I don't think you can get a computer for 800 that would run NL2 on max settings. I think you would need double to get somewhere near maximum settings. Altho, I don't have too much knowledge about computer hardware to know this for sure.

Oh come on... that??????s not true!

I have a very decent system:
AMD Athlon X4 630
Nvidea Gforce GTX 560 (1GB)
Some fast RAM (8 GB)

...it don??????t cost that much and it runs NL2 on maxed settings VERY WELL! If i had a better graphics card i also could run more than 8 coaster in a park.
I believe that all components which are better than mine .. will run NL2 even better! :D

For a graphics card, I recommend AMD R9 290. It can run NL2 on max settings for the most part, although large parks or heavily themed parks like Destroid do get about 10 FPS on my system. Plus R9 290 costs about 300 dollars

I made a new computer last year almost especially for NL2 (And also partly because my last computer almost literally melted). I spent 1000 euros on it and I'm able to run most parks at a decent fps at max settings. Whichever ones don't run well are usually okay on medium settings.

My rig is:
i5 3570k @ 3.40GHz
8GB ddr3 Ram (2 x 4GB sticks, so I have room to upgrade if need be)
GTX 770 (2GB)

Thanks guys! Even if I could run it on medium and get 30fps it would be better that what my computer can do now. The more detailed coasters with scenery runs about 8fps (all graphics set on the lowest)

if you check out micro center they normally have good deals on processor and motherboard bundles. they also sell used video cards and I always see pretty decent ones for cheap. I think the video card is the most important thing at least for NL2. I built my PC for around $600 but that's not including the video card, I had that already.

If I get a GPU instead of a CPU, will NL2 run better? I currently have a CPU.
