nemesis

is it true that nemesis is closed cus of a crack in the track. cus my friend went to alton towers and ho said it said it was.

i hope not. im going there with my college on monday (20th October)

never heard of a track called nemisis, but nemesis is still running asa usual

Never heard of Nemesis!!! Its the greatest in Alton Towers i think. I dont hope the ride is off for too long or they will lose some dosh.

I went on 20th sept and it was running fine but it was oddely rough at the bottom of the exit form the loop. Does any one know what part of the circut this is about?[dunno]

hmm, i doubt theres anything wrong with it atm. I checked all the AT websites and they had nothing about it.

nemesis is starting to get wobbly now, but only a bit. i think the wheeles are wearing down. well what do you expect, nemesis is 10 years old in march.

yeah, then theyll juss replace the wheels wit new ones and itll be back to normal.

Found out (from inside the park) ALL Nemesis Trains are getting new wheels in december ride is as you say 10 in march and the ride needs and upgrade and yes there was a crack in the right-handrail (Ouch) after the loop fixed it on the 18th Oct.

is it ever not a slow day at alton towers?

i went to alton towers yesterday (monday 20th october) and nemesis is running a little bit smoother now. i tended to hit my ear on the side of the restraints on the 2nd corkscrew but i didnt yesterday. air was having little problems, like the seats not returning to the vertical position with ease etc. overall, nemesis and oblivion had no queue almost, and air had a 5 minute queue because they were using 1 station and 2 trains.

Yeah Andrew they replaced wheels earlier on train 2 on Nemi (my Nickname for nemesis)

NEMESIS INFERNO WAS CLOSED FOR NEARLY THE ENTIRE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now i mad Problem: On-Ride Photo Sensor have Ketchup on it-Cut out entire ride, me get stuck on lift-hill for 45 mins in freezing cold rain

it's a scam... they can't get money through ORP so they shut down ride while me on it
