How do you make crossties in Object Creator?

I have this in the editor.

I click copy and try to select the object but I keep moving the nodes and not selecting the whole object.

Is there a way to get more free nodes to make a whole crosstie as one object?

I am trying to make this shape with one object.

It is for this trackstyle.

it's not necessary to make it with only one object, the CK uses the file to create the crossties not just one model. ctrl click on the current object in 3d mode to deselect it, enabling you to add another. if you do that a few times, you can select all of them at once in 3d view to make them all editable at once in the other views. with the crosstie you're trying to make there i would use 5 separate boxes.
