This really is what you should call "Spaghetti Bowls"! :D After looking at this image, Joker's Jinx is no longer a complicated track!

Please read the description for important information and stuff but most importantly, thank you to you, the community for seeing us through with the project.

I'm in the middle of downloading it now, but from the videos, it looks amazing, truly great work on this things. If I had to give you and sort of criticism, from the videos, it looks like the trains aren't "duelling" the way they should like on the real ride.

Thanks for the kind words Projektion! We hope you will enjoy it. We've tried hard to optimise the park for all computer types as much as possible. With regards to the 'duelling', it does happen quite often but to add to the realism the dispatch times are variable, I'd say 70% duel, 30% don't. :D Thanks again.

Haha fantastic you even put the terrible jolt in on the second half of the cobra roll! Mad props haha. Really really good recreation though just from looking at the video! Great job both of you!

I found this section with no supports!

Is the real life ride suppose to have a arch support here or is this just a area that was forgot to be supported?

That's either a non supported area in real life, or they actually forgot :O

Hey cool5. I thought someone might bring this up. That is exactly how the real life ride is constructed. For some reason both airtime hills have no supports and are as you see in the recreation. It's quite amazing really when standing underneath the real ride, just how much they wobble as a train passes over head. There are ladders up to the catwalks which we didn't include but these do not support the hills. Hopefully this clears things up but it's just another feature of this wacky ride. :D

It's shaped as an arch so naturally its fairly well supported (in terms of vertical load) It's also a straight section of track so there should be minimal laterals there.

only thing I can suggest is maybe changing the wire fences. idk if its clipping or if the wire is too thin, but half the time they are invisible and the rest look very pixelated. I would raise the clipping distance or make the wire 1/16 inch wider that should make it look a bit more solid, but will also add polys. Otherwise the ride was awesome, cant wait for the high detail one.

@mkingy: Yes, the arch shape is a definite aid to their support.
@plantoris: Yeah, the wire fence textures were a bit of a pain to get working. The pixelation is due to the lack of mipmapping required for the texture to show up properly at distance, and the clipping may also be a result of this. Changing the LOD setting in your NL2 settings may help... may? :P And the high detail is in the description if you'd like to download. One of the major differences is the amount of frames used in video animations is much larger. :P

And thanks for the great feedback, also a BIIIIIIIIIIIIIG thanks to everyone that has downloaded. We can't believe we've reached a combined 400 downloads! You definitely make us SMILE.

Excellent work. I was very impressed at the scene and the immersion. Maybe the most immersive scene I've seen in NL, even without a huge amount of surroundings. past the immediate area. Congratulations.

This made me want to try the real one someday! I adore the first "HAHAHA" wall part where you pass in a few seconds while imitating that pronunciation! I say this is not just a big thrill, but a top-notch "attraction" that gives us an awesome laugh!
