I'm going to be quite honest here, it will probably never be built. If it does get built it'll be one of the last parts simply because I have no idea how to script the cars or even add them. For now its just a parking lot aesthetic

not actually floating, just the way that the curvature of the pavement is :)

It is a bit. Mainly for cheap lateral bracing.

Ask code or check NLE, there is a script for them now.
