Yes really, it was non stop headbanging for the entire ride.
All hail your great Arrow Dynamics overlords.

Seriously? I've ridden it what 75-100 times since it opened in 1999, at least several times each year, haven't noticed much roughness at all or had it shake me up like some other rides. The only SLC I've ridden (SFA's) is much, much rougher. The Arrows I've ridden are either rougher all around or at least rougher in the transitions. It's not as smooth as Batman, but I definitely wouldn't call it rough. Light shake yes but nothing that would bother me even if I rode 15 times consecutively.

I agree, Bizarro is not rough compared to many other coasters, must have been a bad day.

I also agree. Bizarro is not very rough at all, and I haven't heard this complaint from anyone. Especially compared with Green Lantern; now THAT'S a headbanger.
It's been a long time

If I ever get back they're I'll definitely give it another ride. From what I've seen A lot of B&M's seem to do this (seen it on Raptor and Batman-SFOG), they'll have occasional periods of extreme roughness. Probably just in need of a wheel change or tightening of the wheel bogies.
All hail your great Arrow Dynamics overlords.

It could be that he rode it on top of a wheel that was close on needing replacement? I've had that experience before on various coasters were it felt like one of the wheels was a "square" wheel. Luckily such thing is only noticeable on the row with that certain wheel.

It's sad to hear about a rough B&M or Intamin...there shouldn't be reason for it with proper maintenance. I guess we can hope for breakthroughs in material science to lead to cheaper, more durable wheels so that Six Flags' B&Ms aren't neglected.

When I rode Bizzaro earlier it was genuinely one of the worst coasters I've ever ridden. I must of caught it on a bad day but I was way rougher than any arrow or vekoma I've been on.

Weird.. Every time I've ridden Medusa I've found it to be as smooth as any other B&M, if not setting the bar for how a floorless should ride. It hasn't ever vibrated or shaken before for me. Only an occasion seam is noticeable..

I strongly dislike how they entered the corkscrew on that ride (I'm assuming you mean the standup). I know Mantis banged people around pretty good and the trains rattled really hard, but the "floater air into sharp turn into high G super snap corkscrew" wasn't.....nice and definitely worse than Mantis' plodding figure 8 direction change thing.

Back when that thing was the Iron Wolf in SF Great America I liked that ride a lot. Okay, it banged around a bit but I've felt a lot worse on several rides.

It was fine aside from the corkscrew entrance I mentioned, and my favorite part was that twisting dive after the loop.

I still think Colossus looks stupidly tiny with the RMC mods.

Looks way bigger in person, the two drops side by side looks huge when your their.

Here are some more pics!
-lots from different angles of TC, of that weird double down, and look at the green side beginning the roll, in the morning they were just starting it, by the time I left, there was even more done.

The rolls are actually done alot higher then I thought. The blue side is getting some serious airtime!
