I need a platform for this new view land ride.

Currently I have been standing and riding on the swaying spinning mouse cars that sometimes would dump me off when it is almost at the very top.

I need this platform with guard rails to be made with 3ds and have it follow the coaster car that is tilted 90 degrees.

I also need the platform to remain level for the whole cycle.
