Working on landscaping. Also making improvements on this one based on feedback I received from my other project Nordschleife.

Skybox assembled using textures from a NoLimits 1 skybox by David Ainsworth / djd711 on NoLimits Exchange.

Thanks! It isn't quite as good as what the rest of the community has to offer yet... I have not done much with the station, or fences, or et cetera cetera, but I'm planning to post this in the Hard Hat area after I do some progress in my other project Nordschleife.

Speaking of details, I'm trying to do some B&M lift hill supports....I'm not sure if it went so smoothly :P :?

Thank Blase! I made the track & did some initial terraforming, he did all the scenery and environment!

Sure, but even then, I admire the track and support work a lot.

I remade my Flying coaster "Fly". Anyone know why the catwalks are different?

I've seen real flying coasters with those catwalks. I assume they are for evacuation of the passengers in case of emergencies, it's hard to retrieve passengers if the catwalks have a hole in the middle. I assume the lift hill does not have this middle fill to allow the riders to see what is below them for the thrill effect. But I'm not sure about the exact reason - these are just assumptions.

[EDIT since I don't want to double post] I'm baffled at which type of Intamin support short I use for my banked turns. I've seen both. Can anyone help? :?

[EDIT 2] Studied pictures of Formula Rossa. The one in the front was used at Expedition GeForce, but I decided to use the one behind becdause I saw it used in Formula Rossa and that is also an Accelerator Coaster while Expedition was a megacoaster. Now tweaking all of my supports and removing the prefabs! Also redid the first hill supports.

^ I would use the style seen in Maverick, mega-lites... More beautiful than those imo.

Here is the B&M giga I'm working on. Any words on those elements (technically speaking

Use the one you think makes the ride look the best :D Like Dapalm said Maverick style might be a good shout.

Drop shaping I like to look at in terms of G's in the backseat - Shambhala feels like 0g from crest to pullup (that's all I personally have to go on)

I see the slight laterals in the low airtime hill - nice tweak on the standard B&M style - out of interest how high are the laterals (backseat)?

The overbank looks Fury-spot-on though - very good rate of rotation.

Your coaster looks nice. It has a smooth flow.

Searched up the Maverick pictures, looks like the one I put in the front, except with a different connector to the rails and round footers. Hmm.

EDIT - found pictures of Formula Rossa also with Maverick-like support style. Now I'm getting confused with what exactly to use. :?

I don't think Shambhala is the best example, as hyper's drops are a lot different than giga's:

Shambhala:

Fury (edit: found a better angle):

It pulls -0,3Gs on the back seat, which I think is fine. Yeah, there are slighty laterals on that hill. Not a lot though, about 0,2-0,3Gs.

It's impresive to see B&M using such a high rotation rate on Fury. Let's see if they keep it for future coasters!

Thanks guys!

Posting pictures of shaping is pretty irrelevant when I said its probably best to base your shaping off the forces it produces.

It pulls -0,3Gs on the back seat, which I think is fine.

That's far more useful. I read that Fury has a pop of airtime then settles into pure floater so its probably 6 of one half a dozen of another.

^ Well, my point was shaping is different so forces will be different. Also Shambhala's trains are different too. Thanks man!

Anyone who's trying to create B&M Wingrider in "Sky Rush" style? Sounds pretty intense but refreshing! ;)

Actually I think all you'll need is a realistic cliff wall for this to be one of the best projects around!

The gradation of a cliff wall or trench (a better term for that location) still hurts my eyes, but I can say the red and white track will be something! :D

^ I agree, change that please! Curious concept btw.

A test I did forcing my screen resolution via videocard. I think it has better quality than my other videos.

I am as impressed by your environment as I am the giga. It does seem derivative of Fury, but you've done well matching its flowing style. Either way, I want it!
