HELP WANTED- Wicked Cyclone Media Day

Hey there CoasterCrazies!

We are approaching the beginning of the coaster season and starting now, and every once an awhile, we will be reaching out to the community to help us out. I am aware there was a topic that people posted in around August last year, but I have not seen many of those members active since, so until we figure out how active all of you are, we will make these types of posts.

Anyways, onto the actual assignment.

We are looking for someone to cover Six Flags New England's Media Day for Wicked Cyclone! Let's just lay down some of the quick guidelines and ground rules for this "job"...

Guidelines/Rules/Eligibility:

• Preferably 18 and older, but doesn't have to be
• Gather any and all media related material that is handed out
• Get that media material to us by means of technology and or uploading it to our secure server
• May or may not have to interview, depends on the information given during the press conference
• Prefer to have a smartphone so you can pass on the information to us to spread on social media, or post on our behalf yourself on social media
• Any other specifics will be brought up when needed

This may sound difficult, but it is really not. Basically what you need to do is take pictures and videos, live tweet what's being revealed, and then afterwards, send us everything you got as a press kit to us digitally. Simple

We are not sure of the specific date of Media Day yet, but we are expecting the details soon!

The ride is supposed to open at the end of May. The snow might have pushed them back to June though.

I can't make it out for media, but I will probably be there Memorial Day weekend with my friend to ride WC.

I'm not even 18 so I can't do media anyways.

^^ I believe we're too small of a group as it is to have such competition among ourselves

I've seen Robb blow up for this in the past. I wouldnt do it. Either go as a rep for TPR or coastercrazy

CKidd I fully agree with you. I just know not everyone shares your maturity with respect to this issue.

or just go for cc and not tell robb....honestly, unless he asks, i see no reason it would need to be brought up

On topic though, SFNE is closer than I would've thought. If I drove I would gladly take this opportunity, but sadly I don't

We're thinking of flying out there ourselves. Maybe hit up some other parks in the region. Undecided yet.
