That way your voice will be heard. However, you should take some time to explain why you disagree with the system as then your opinion will hold more weight when the admins make their decision!

Now you just lose a point if you download a coaster. If Mikey's thing comes through that point goes to the creator of the track. I don't see any difference for you in that.

I can't confirm or deny if rating points go away if your rate is deleted. How many points do you get anyway?
Typically, if a rate is deemed invalid, but still has valid comments, I just set it to comment only. But if the rate is garbage, I delete it.

Indeed - Jammy and a couple of others dropped a tonne of rates which has really helps us with the next awards week!

I think this is a bit unfair to people who can't give advice because the ride they're downloading far exceeds the realness of anything they'd ever produce. It leaves the person who'd love to download the ride unable to download because after they ride the ride, they're expected to leave rating comments in different categories, categories they just do not do very well.

I wish I could download a coaster off here and just say rather I liked it or not, and that's it. Lol

My latest park still needs a rate. Even when it still a WIP.

If you use 'comment only' feel free to leave a short comment. Following the rating guide is only required (at this current time) if you intend to leave a numbered rate. For instance check out the smiled rating - there's a metric tonne of one liners which instead of removing completely we just alter out the numbers as they haven't explained why they chose them. This topic is aimed at ensuring that the as many tracks as possible qualify for the weekly awards.

However, I don't understand how not wanting to rate means that someone cannot download a ride? There are plenty of easy ways to earn points (you even get them from logging in once a day) so I don't think that's a fair problem. Could you elaborate further?
