Wow, crawling up the track (elevator shaft) diagonally or vertically! Love it anyways!

Jake, those are really REALLY gorgeous pictures of that Thunderbird-inspired wingrider. I am obsessed with the pretzel loop (dive loop + immelman) element combo, both in concept and how well it looks like you pulled it off. And yay an airhill

I honestly want to call it the "Scramble Loop" because of this:

Moonsault Scramble!

Well, the standard name used on most coaster wikis and Wikipedia is "pretzel knot," and the only two coasters to execute it were the Moonsault Scramble and the Banshee at King's Island (thought that one has a different exit maneuver, but it does show that B&M can do this element, further making your coaster feasible). I was already in love with this element and did one for my floorless, but your version was AMAZING and the shaping is similar to the Banshee's pretzel knot (unlike mine which is more circular and similar to the Moonsault Scramble).

Take a look at Banshee's knot:

Great stuff CKidd, I had a quick search - I think you need a plugin and this one might help you out: http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtop ... 865aa05dd3

Cool5 - good to see you doing some support scenery themed rides again - they were always my favourite!

GerstlCrazy - looking forward to seeing a full thread on this coaster! From the last picture looks like the ride is pretty massive / quite spread out - the pretzel loop seems really far in the distance!

^ Thanks!! I've become satisfied with what I have currently but the knowledge that these things exist will help for future projects both school wise and NL2 wise.

This is probably the best thread on this site, because it can really work as a big "tutorial" thread.

Cool5 and GerstlCrazy can have you better if you just follow their progression.

That looks awesome! Very nice shot, even with the unfinished and the wireframe track.

^Thanks :)

The wireframe track represents the path that the rapids will be taking haha. There is quite a bit of interaction between the two planned

Interesting how everyone crapped on Leviathan and here are all of these B&M gigas in NL2 lol. Looks really neat Projeckion. What are the G's in that helix?
