In case you didn't notice Boulder Dash is voted as one of the top 5 best wooden coasters every year and if you think that it needs an RMC conversion then you must be crazy.

Not every coaster needs a conversion an if anything a conversion would make Boulder Dash worse. The reason it is such a great ride is because it is wooden rollercoaster.

Well, one of the reasons anyway. I think the biggest reason is because of the feeling of flying through the forest, and because it's a wooden coaster you get that out-of-control feeling, and that combination is what makes it so special.

And no, Boulder Dash does NOT need an RMC conversion. ever. (Or at least until it becomes absolutely unbearable to ride)
It's been a long time

Yeah that's the point I was getting at. I was just too lazy to expand on it.

The ride has become unbearable in the past but they brought in GCI to retrack it and they did an outstanding job.

Yeah I rode it last summer and the track was perfect. It was the only coaster experience where, at night, I genuinely had no clue what was happening or where I was going. I know this is not a praise Boulderdash thread but it's so goodddd

A month into the 2015 season, I still think The Legend needs something to make it an enjoyable ride experience. I did have a first few good rides this season, but it seems like everything they did, has already been undone. As much as I love The Legend, it's just not a pleasant ride experience anymore.

The Legend is the only coaster at Holiday World that I feel actually needs the conversion. The Raven should never get it and neither should The Voyage, but The Legend has proven itself to be consistently rough no matter how much the park does to try and solve this issue.

I also heard that Legend is running 2 trains this year instead of one. Can you confirm this Tyler?

Confirmed! Both trains running better than ever. (Not saying much though.)
One of the trains was removed last year after stalling twice.

Legend was utterly smooth when I rode it three weeks ago (twice without getting off). Lol you guys are insane.
1-Millennium Force | 2-Intimidator 305 | 3-Fury 325
4-Skyrush | 5-Iron Rattler | 6-X2 | 7-Kingda Ka
8-Voyage | 9-Maverick | 10-Monster

Well considering I rode it a few times 2 days ago... and each time my lungs felt like they we're caving in, and acquiring a massive headache... I beg to differ.

Some people have suggested that The Beast should/shouldn't be RMC'd, and I'm not sure if I do or don't want it to get Iron Horsed. Even though it's currently my #11 coaster and has some incredible tunnels, a lot of the ride seems like more of a scenic railway than a roller coaster. There's a lot that RMC could do to it to make it an insane ride, but the general public's reaction to The Beast closing would probably be much worse than that of Thunder Road. :|

The Beast doesn't really do much so I'm not really sure what RMC could do with it.

I don't see what all the hate for Legend is about, every ride I've had on it I thought it's an excellent coaster...
