Hello everyone and welcome to what I'm calling Project: Wing! I decided to hold off on making a wingrider directly after they were released in NL2 but now I do have one in the works. I plan on running a beta for it just like I did for Elucidator. The main reason for this is because I'm practicing track shape with the heartline as the roll point instead of center of rails. Some of you will remember that was one of Elucidator's biggest drawbacks. Obviously, the ride won't be named simply "Wing" but here's what the logo will be like.

Here's what we know about project wing so far:
*It's a hyper wingrider with a steep drop.
*It's going to have multiple inversions including Zero-G's, heartline rolls, and corkscrews similar to Gatekeeper's.
*Not decided yet, but it will either run two trains with no MCBR or three with one. Right now I'm leaning more towards two trains without.

Now here's where we get to the good part....

As for Beta Testing, it's not a lie......I will allow 5 testers just like last time. I will update this topic as the packages become available to you.

06/08/15:
Beta Testers, you should be receiving a PM shortly with a link to your download your first version. Beta Testers were chosen on two factors: Who actually "rates" and their overall activity on the forum. Less active members were eliminated because I thought they'd use this more as a preview for what's to come rather than giving actual feedback.

06/10/15:

Multiple updates in for this one. I have already started to address Beta Testers concerns and have added more to the layout, so far we're at 2 Zero-G's, a Dive loop, and a Immelmann. We're looking at a 3 train hyper class B&M Wing Coaster. Also, It now has a name! Aileron.

Depends. I'm more likely to pick testers who've previously beta tested infamous and Elucidator. Rating my other rides also influences my decision.

Donde?

I assume you meant "Done" as your question.

Anyway, no. It's not nearly complete but it has made a lot more progress today in comparison to the last week or so. I've had a lot of time off this week.

I agree, although I think the trains should be a different colour IMO.

Train colors are temporary. I won't make everything the same three colors. ;)

That's not exactly a convincing way to get someone to let you beta test their ride...

Ride the tip of a wing! Aileron is now available!

http://www.coastercrazy.com/exchange/de ... k_id=21124

You can get the low scenery version here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/671 ... ery.nl2pkg
^This Version does not have the buildings or lighting making it perform much better. I also fixed a few unnecessary files in this version.

Love the tagline "Ride the tip of a wing!" - it has to be rhythmically chanted! The coaster also looks spectacular! :D

Are you sure this was packaged correctly? I was greeted with many error messages and when the sim loaded there were no buildings or trees besides the basic ones.

Is everyone getting these errors? If so I will redo the package. I tested the package before uploading and had no issues.

I uploaded a revision that made a few small changes. I double checked this package and it opened fine with no errors. The only time you may get a lightscript error is if NL2 is installed in a location that is different from "C:/Program Files (x86)/No Limits 2/".

Thank you mods for your ratings, I'm glad you're enjoying the ride! Both of you left comments about the shape of my X-Flight inspired twist-dive, I feel proud knowing that I shaped that right since I was worried what people would think of that after a MCBR.

By the way, has anyone found the six hidden letters in the 3D Model? Here's a small hint. (Letters aren't in this order)

_ _ E _ N _

That's part of the reason I hinted those. They're the easiest to find.

^ Thanks for posting the clip! I loved the way you stretched the flipping sections out, because they looked really thrilling but "relaxing" as well! You managed to provide cool air floaters!

8-)
