Same, how tall? I'm 6'1"

Haven't seen this post so I missed it. I'm also 6'1"

I bought this t-shirt at Cedar Point last week, and I noticed this unnamed B&M dive coaster on it. Am I looking too far into this, or could this be a hint about 2016?

I'm 6'3", and Intimidator 305's new restraints are terrible for me after about 1-2 rides. Frustrating when the ride itself is so good. My friend is about 6'1" and he felt the same. I've never had a problem with their old ones (though I guess the most twisted rides I've been on with the old restraints are Storm Runner and Fahrenheit)...except now on Kingda Ka they switched them out for some new ones that look the same but are maybe an inch lower. Suddenly that bit of space above my shoulders is strong pressure on my collarbone starting with the pullup to the tower. :/

^I'm also 6'1 and I noticed that too. The pullup is brutal for me now, I have to brace myself for it every time.

That's strange that I305's restraints caused a problem for you, they were fine for me. I think they are much better than the previous ones. On a coaster like Maverick with lightning-quick transitions and direction changes a softer restraint can make all the difference in the world.

I can see being 6'3'' being a problem, because I definitely noticed people starting to have issues over the 6ft range, but really 6'1'' shouldn't be a huge issue.

Found these pictures from Screamscape of some large brown/orange B&M track at the Clermont plant in Ohio. I'd bet that this is probably for Cedar Point's 2016 Dive Machine.

Haha IF those are for Cedar Point, then:
1) Wow, they really are getting a dive machine. I'll be damned. I hope it's Cedar Point quality because some people (GP and otherwise) are probably going to comment that it's not as good as MF or not as strong as Maverick like they did with GateKeeper.
2) I can't believe they chose red with gray supports hahaha.

Isn't this a little early for pieces to be already completed? Or am I wrong on this?

I think the GP will appreciate it. Please God don't let it be either of those colors. They would both make horrible skyline choices for CP >_<

Ahh--the brownish track which I thought was like raw parts or primer actually could be final paint. The pieces that are brownish do look larger. It may or may not look good in the end. I wonder if the gray supports are for it still. If this is real, only renderings and then of course the real thing will truly tell if it's a good color choice. I'm extremely curious as to how Cedar Point planned to make this "their own" because I have a strong feeling that it won't be a Griffon clone persay or anything like the smaller dive coasters overseas.

The colors seem perfect for the old-town section of the park. It would go really well with the blacksmith shops and themes surrounding it. I don't get all the hate.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

They cleared an absolutely massive area near the front/middle of the park where the car ride, one of the flats, and a theatre was. Also we don't know this is for CP until someone gets a pic of a label.

Yeah it's not exactly in Frontier Town. I'm not hating on the colors, I'm just saying that it's a little unusual. Especially given that cedar point has a lot of brown coasters already, lol.

Umm... there's absolutley no reason to assume that is for cedar point. I do like the orange and grey color scheme though. (Brown is primer I hope) Also cp is not getting a dive coaster, the park confirmed that the rumor was false months ago. No idea why everyone is believing a fakable news docent and not the park. I doubt they'd lie either, might discredit their business side.

I didn't read anywhere that the rumor was confirmed false months ago. So that's why I personally am on board with believing its plausibility.

I posted without reading everything, my bad. If there is no conformation that those parts are for Cedar Point, and knowing the demand for dive machines has been high over the past few years, they COULD be headed anywhere. That said, parks other than Cedar Point and King's Island would be unlikely to have their track manufactured in Ohio, as transporting that amount of steel over long distances in the form of already manufactured track seems really impractical. I also doubt that one plant in Ohio would be painting multiple dive machines at once, so I think it's safe to say that red is the final color, since you can see completely unpainted track behind the brown track, and the red in front of that.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

Ok so a few things.
1. After the memo was leaked the park came out and said that it was real but it was just one of true propesed idea and it was already cut.
2. This is the only b&m plant. All track is built here
3. This is not dive coaster track, they have flat ties. This is more similar to wing rider track.

Hm, now that those pictures show the top of the track we can see the ties. Too bad. Cedar Point should just do their announcement lol.

The track spine looked enormous in the previous picture so I actually assumed it was dive coaster track. In the more recent photos it doesn't look any larger than regular track, so I'm thinking it's for something else. Originally I assumed the enlarged spine would accommodate the non-straight crossties but it appears to be normal B&M track. I wonder where it's going!

^ok, I looked again and the Dive coaster in china uses that track style. But yea the track is the same size as the red one, Which I think is for the chinese wing rider. The brown could be for a mini dive coaster but not a full scale one.
