It's been a while since I've given any updates, so I thought I'd post a few screens to show how it's coming along.

A lot has been added and changed, including many fences and a prototype lazy river/rapids style ride (untextured basic model) I've been doing loads of optimization recently so for it's size the park runs fairly well (25-40 fps). I'm trying to design the park in a way that you can't see much further than 200-300ft so that I can clip more and pop in is less noticeable. Not only does this allow for better frame rate overall but also makes the areas more immersive, which is what I'm aiming for with this park.

Supports still need to be added and finished on all of the coasters and a lot of the vegetation needs re-doing.

Some interaction between Bermuda and the lazy river

I think I'll open it up to testers when the park is closer to being finished. It's still in early stages right now and I'd hate to give away some of the surprises hidden around the park already, but you'll be welcome to test once it's closer to release skyscraper :)

It's been a while since I've given an update so I thought I'd give a update/teaser this time round.

The park is still nameless so I'm very open to any suggestions as my usual tactic of name it after a random Google maps location has so far been inconclusive

The most notable change will be in and around the area of the newly named "Kalimantan" Mack Launched coaster which was in my previous update a green Intamin Rocket coaster (which only really had a double spine because I wanted to try it out at the time)

It'll be a very heavily themed area complete with a Reptile House (which took a while to model :P)

Here's a bit of reptile house action

The updated version of Kalimantan (with new custom footers)

Turbo inspired some blueprint style images which I thought would be a great way to show some of the coasters in greater detail

Thanks for the support so far and as always feel free to leave any comments!

Looks stunning, really looking forward to riding that Invert!

Quite interested in the reptile house too :P Are yo planning on having reptile in there or just their habitats (snakes are pretty dormant so its not like you'd need to animate them heh)

^^ If you zoom in on the sign in the picture you may be able to see how I got around putting any animals in there :P I may do some low poly models of a lizard or something though. It would certainly be a good way to put the new animation feature to use

Looks like a really stunning park so far. I wish I had that much attention to detail in me.

This looks really excellent so far and reminds me of an Alton Towers/Heide Park hybrid child thing.

Happy New Year everybody!

I thought I'd start 2016 off with a short update.
Progress on the park is slow as I'm incredibly busy in real life but I've got a whole lot of stuff planned for the park so you can feel safe in the comfort that I'm not putting the project on hold or abandoning it. It's still a bit too early to state any precise predicted release dates but I'm currently aiming for it to be finished by sometime this summer

Anyway, To keep the project interesting I've changed a great deal of things, as well as removed a couple of things previously in the park. I thought that they were a bit sub-par in quality or felt out of place and could do with replacing at some point (mostly 3d models)

Here's the final breakrun of the West Marsh Mine Train, I've still got to colour the trains and may add a building over the storage track.
Image

A view of the nautical area (Fishermans Creek) where you'll find Bermuda and the log/lazy river ride (More rides still to come in this area)
Image

Image

I'm also planning on making a chairlift/skyline ride like in my last park to get from one side of the park to the other
Image

Image

The storage track building on Bermuda is going to be fairly tricky to sort out as there's a section of track running beneath it so making the model should be interesting

I think I could do with fixing some of these NL2MAT's for the rock textures :P
Image

I've still got to add an entire kid's area so that will probably be the next update's topic. Thanks for all the feedback so far and as usual, feel free to leave an comments! :)

Your whole setup looks very realistic and looks really well planned out. Awesome park so far! Keep us updated. The setup for the dive machine looks especially great.

Looks brilliant - really looking forward to that invert - I think (bar the actual composition of the park) it's my favourite thing I've seen!

I really like how you put an Enterprise ride to make the Dive Machine look like one from "Alton Towers". :)

This park looks amazing!
What program do you use to model and texture you're objects/buildings?
