yup. They actually have a pic of the new Vekoma trains. I have been looking for a picture of the trains in action for a while now. They look kind of wierd on the track, imo.

Err dude have you thought about how quicker the lift time would be sence there is no lift, The thrillift pulls the train up to the top quick and then drops you. Depending on the speed it could take more or less time than an average lift, but I would think it would speed capacity.

Well seeing as how a train full of passengers could wiegh over a ton I doubt it could lift it any faster than a convention chain or cable lift. I guess the capacity depends on how tall the lift is.

Actually on Vekomas site under the thrilllift description it states that the lift will allow for higher capacities, just go to the page that BrtnBoarder described.

One of our latest variations on the roller coaster theme.
The train is pulled to the top of a lift hill where it stops on a flat section. Anticipation builds with the riders as they realize that this is not quite an ordinary coaster. The train suddenly pivots swiftly into a vertical position. Riders at the back are raised up, riders of the front coaches lowered down all looking straight down into the narrow mouth of a tunnel that barely seems to fit the train.
Suspense builds until the train is released into a vertical free fall and rockets underground and out again onto the rest of the wildly looping track.
