Universal Studios: Project Xibalba coming to IOA

A little under a week ago I was able to visit Islands of Adventure. I tried my best to visit The Lost Continent but much of it was blocked off. Poseidon's Fury was closed as well as Mythos Restaurant. I managed to get a few construction photos of the area. A ton of work has already sprung up! Similar to King Kong, it seems like the rides building has already began to take shape. It also looks like Universal has begun putting up ride teasers.

im surprised univerisal would announce it this early they usually wait until the building is done and the theming would start to go up before they announce it

What makes me sad is that the Jurassic B&M flyer concept from forever ago is headed to Japan now >.>

Xibalba reminds me of Tomb Raider.

Boy, the Universal Creative Team sure do move quickly. The show building for this ride will be up in no time and it looks very impressive so far.
