There's a rumor going around that this new Klugheim area will include a family coaster as well and people are saying that it could be a Vekoma junior boomerang.

If this is going to happen, Phantasialand would probably fase it into several years. So 2016 the big coaster and perhaps 2017 that Junior Boomerang.

Junior boomerangs are really cool rides which are relatively easy to theme! Would be a great addition I think.

Some more aerial photo's have been shot:

EDIT: Pics broken

I can also recommend to watch the video from a beautiful aerial view of the park:

This park is genuinely unbelievable.

It's like one of the incredible RCT creations from the exchange, where every single available square has got something in it, whether it be ride, theming, or footpath.

Stunning park. I can't wait to see what this ride ends up looking like.

I guess we can call this park an ideal theme park! :D

I love how the park is so close to the "real world" but when you are inside of it you can't see outside of the park walls.

How have I only now fallen in love with this park?

Woah, I knew Chiapas was crammed into a small space and all but just woah, I never knew it was that compact and squashed so closely to Black Mamba and Colorado Adventure. I mean, I can't even see the backwards portion which looks incredibly open in POV's. Mind blowing! So much hype for Taron, and the whole of the Klugheim area, I just know it'll be stunning. :D

Anyone got any information or images of any progress on this. It's exciting me, but the community as a whole seems to have gone a bit quiet on it!

These are the latest pics from two days ago. Mainly just progression on rock cladding and thematic installations. No more footers have been created yet, however a large concrete retaining wall in the big pit has been laid. Source: Insta Selenia

This is looking to become quite the ride, really hyped for it. What's even better is that it's less than an hour drive away :D

Love it, love it, love it! They seem to really be going for the details on this. The basalt rock looks fantastic
It's been a long time

And just like that, a maintenance bay and track pop up. They seem to be moving quickly now. The tunnel in the pit towards the back of the site is also now covered and complete. Exciting times. :P

I'm pretty sure that won't be the only S-curve in the ride.

S-Curve is now like the best guide for twisty elements! It produces an extremely smooth lead-in moment before the ride enters a turn or a roll! :)

Apparently the ride will have a lot of Maverick inspired elements according to the park.

Are those brake covers in the last image? Or have they just decided to start tying logs to the ride for no reason?
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

If that's true, perhaps this could be my new all time favorite. :)

Maintenance bays track looks really short, so this whole ride will be one car per train? :O

That's plenty of room for for 3 cars, which is my bet.
