What are the Chances of sfmm Getting A Coaster Next Year?

Right now the rumors are for sfmm to get a dive coaster/giga. What's the chances of it happening and when will sfmm have a big break from getting a coaster? It seems weird for a park to do a coaster every year for how many years now?

There are no rumors that suggest this.

SFMM does not need a new coaster right now, but it's certainly possible that they might add one just because Magic Mountain likes adding tons of coasters.

I wouldn't be surprised if they added a Super Loop this year and try to market it as a new coaster.

The park doesn't really attract families due to the amount of thrill rides they have compared to the low amount of family coasters/rides. I wouldn't be surprised if they added a new coaster especially if it was a Larson loop.

I would really hope that Magic Mountain wouldn't waste their 20th coaster on a super loop. I would hope they would know better and add an actual coaster.

Yea it's Magic Mountain we're talking about here, not CP.

There's currently no evidence or rumors to suggest Magic Mountain is getting a coaster, especially right after TC, even though it's SFMM we're talking about.

It depends on what you define a "new" coaster to be...

SFMM is less of an amusement park and more like a bunch of rollercoasters sitting in a field with a hill in the middle that only 2 coasters use.

I feel like someone could make a SFMM recreation in NL2 and not have to worry too much about having scripted flat rides.

SFNE is marketing the Bizarro transformation as a "new coaster experience" so I'm pretty sure that's what SFMM is doing as well.

Is there any possibility that "Scream!" would be like Bizarro?
