Sometimes you have to use "baked animation". This method converts every single frame to an keyframe and fixes most of the problems, caused by constraints.
It seems only to work with DAE-files.
to make use of this new feature, you have to simply click on the checkbox in the SCO-creation dialog.
(where you assing the path to your models).

Those are fully rigged 3d humans. You just need to animate and export them to the .DAE file format
