SO basically i made a coaster named red spirit, so some kid makes another coaster, SAME track, SAME style name. I call that stealing.

Just because it's the same trackstyle and has a similar name in no way, shape, or form does that mean the track is stolen.

A: The layouts are COMPLETELY different

B: Just because the names are similar doesn't make it stealing. Years ago I made a track named "Burnout". Since then, there have been quite a few other coasters named "Burnout" but I don't accuse anybody of stealing my name, ideas, or anything else.

C: I don't see how trackstyle is relevant. Is nobody else allowed to make X-cars now that you've made one?

D: Downrating the other coaster because you personally don't like the fact it has a similar name and same trackstyle is not only petty, but childish in addition to the fact that your rating was invalid. A comment would've gotten your point across just as well.
