Which Nemesis is best?

yeah I agree...not just B&M invert, but better than all other B&Ms.

Well, I cant tell you which one is better because I havn't visited either parks. But from the pictures and On-Ride videos, Nemisis is my pick.

I'm torn between the two, actually. I love Inferno for the station-to-lift part, but that's kind of it. With Nemesis, the theming in itself takes the cake. I love all the little things, like the rock formation that spews from a red hole, and twists into a curling section of track, and the bus that says "Mushroom Cloud Luxury Tours" (ha ha!), the rust, the footchoppers, the blood-red water, the horrifying monsters and formations around in the ride... the list goes on and on. Sooooo.... Nemesis over Inferno.

i want to visit the U.K. so that i can ride Nemesis or Nemesis Inferno. really I want to go to Alton Towers(nemesis, air0 and Thrope Park (Silver Star). But I could just go to Busch Gardens and ride apollos chariot.

Believe me, its not worth going to a park to ride a B&M hyper.

I have only been on the giovanola hyper coaster "Goliath" at SFMM, and i thought that was ok, but a bit boring to be honest, it seems to be all about height with those hyper coasters, and some of them look mind numbingly boring, i mean, look at Nitro, that looks like you would fall asleep on it.Rides like that just seem to have no character and really are just big piles of steel.

I completely agree. When I rode Goliath it didn't seem to be anything intense at all, even with the helix. When I rode Nitro I almost fell asleep on it. It was completely forceless, but I guess it was a bit of fun, but no where near what a coaster should be.

There needs to be a new "type" of coasters, the new steel B&Ms are to smooth, thats their problem but, Woodies are a little to rough for 250 ft. & cant take extream force, or do hartline inverts so far there is 1 inversion a woody can do,(a loop duh) and only 1 does it!!! i mean think of a little rougher version of Goliath that would definetly make it the best hyper[^]

Woodies can be very smooth, its just a lot of people think they're really rough and bad rides because they don't go to the parks that have the awesome SMOOTH ones. Like Indiana Beach, Holiday World, Knoebels, Kennywood, Martin's Fantasy Island, etc. Most of the woodies owned by CF and SF are butchered, because they really don't take care of their coasters. If I rode the woodies owned by those park chains, I wouldn't like woodies [:)]

As far as the inversions on woodies go, I don't think they matter on a woodie. With extreme lateral turns and airtime hills, as well as great positives, inversions aren't needed to make the ride good. The elements that woodies have already are much better than inversions.

Woodies, i think are a more advanced technology then steel coasters. You can even predict the stresses and tensions that woodies coasters are put under, better than you can with steelies, but for me, steel coasters are far more exciting. But i do agree that some of the tweisting turns on some woodies look really nice and thrilling.

Not really. Woodies have been around since the 19th century and in many respects havnt really changed

nemesis inferno any day!

woodies aren't more advanced but more complex is the word I think your looking for but now some steel coasters are equal to that also.
