Phantasialand 2016: Taron and Raik

I feel like this coaster hasn't got anywhere near as much coverage as I expected from something this ambitious and generally incredible.

The incredible level of theming on this coaster literally makes it seem like another world.

If you look closely you can see new footers in the Klugheim area near Taron that look a lot like the ones that Vekoma use on their family coasters.

I think the POV of this ride is going to do it absolutely no justice.

^I find that to be true of most coasters, but it may be especially true in this case.

And yes it does seem as if they are going to theme all of the visible supports and footers.

when you consider track and supports that's got to be at least 3 miles of unwrapping

Yea and the shaping of that overbank definitely shows that this will not be a family ride.

Everything looks fantastic but the thing that's really catching me off guard is the incredible attention to detail . The rocks next to the overbank all point in the direction the train travels, and the footers, enough said. The overbank does look nice though
