There aren't teams in that Your picking for your park and your park only. Everyone builds their own park which is rated against everyone else's park.

The group's are there to speed the draft up so 4 people can pick at once.

Ooh I get it now, I'll edit this when I have my first ride locked in. I thought it was team wise.
