Introduction
Welcome everybody to one of my first contests ever hosted! In this specific challenge, you will be urged to take on a slightly difficult template, to create the most intensive experience known to mankind! This contest is solely based on those who are looking to let their creativity flow in a rather open template, leaving everyone to have a unique design, but not too far off from one another that they wouldn't be comparable. I plan for this to be a fun contest for people to join, and for me myself when it comes to voting. (It's exciting to see what creative ideas you guys can come up with). Below I'll be explaining the specifics of this contest for you guys, that way you can get a (somewhat) firm grasp on this concept, and start getting your ideas rolling for the fun that is to come.
Point Guides
Realism
This is where the problem persists with intensity. Intense coasters have to be safe too, guys! Forces should not be above 4.5 G's, and should only reach a maximum of 5G's if it's spiked for a short period of time. In other words, the forces shouldn't be above -1.3G's, only reaching a maximum -1.6G's if spiked for a short period of time. Think of it like this, if it doesn't seem realistic enough to be built in real life, then it won't be realistic enough to get a good grade in this contest.
Shaping
This is also a field that should be taken consideration of. We're not going to dramatically reduce your score if your ride isn't entirely perfect with shaping. But say, if it's a B&M floorless coaster, Then it should look like one. We recommend you take plenty of looks at a real coaster's shaping before going off on your own fantasy, it will help your score greatly and surely make your ride more great in score!
Intensity
Last but definitely not least! Intensity is a big step in this contest's scoreboard. The more intense you make your coaster, the better it'll be. But what does this mean? To be specific, moments of high G's, mixed with good negatives, inversions, and snappy transitions used correctly will make this all much better for your score and yourself. Now, there's many ways to accomplish this goal. One way, would to be packing your ride with inversions and creative elements, similar to The Smiler. Another way, would be to take a Taron route, and pack your ride with snappy transitions and airtime to thrill your guests! Or even better, take a shot at both!
