Along with Horus here is another major project I have been working on. Inspiration came from Dapalm's similar concept that he posted a while back however with my own personal flare to it. Along with the inspiration from Dapalm's coaster, it also came from The Incredible Hulk Coaster and Kumba.

Anyways onto the ride... track work for this has been going on for right around 3/4 months and I finally am happy with the layout and shaping. While scenery has just begun it is already starting to look fantastic. I have reached out to a good friend, Intim305, to allow him to use his own creativity for the station building. This ride will feature a soundtrack and of course fitting with my own taste must have a theme to it.

The theme is still being worked out but will involve Tiki gods that are angered by your presence. There will be many lighting, fire, and water effects to go along with the coaster.

Onto some concept art:

And now onto actual in game pictures:

Stay tuned for more information regarding the project! I look forward to hearing your comments!

Thank you!

Thank you all for the comments! I love hearing what ya'll have to say!

Anyways not much of an update but I felt like showing you the final version of the second part of the track. Overall I really like it and it interacts with the terrain and scenery very well.

Are you going to be adding B&M loop connectors?

The post MCBR loop reminds me of Dragon Khan - it really adds to the second half having such a normally large element later on in the ride!

Layout looks great, as does the themeing. I like the tiki tunnel.

This is absolutely amazing, and even amaze my that it's a B&M that I really adore, I cannot see your layout from this ride, but from what I've seen in your pictures have a lot of characteristics of what a B&M should be. The reason why I said that it amaze me that it's a B&M that I really love is because a lot of the B&M I have seen aren't that great and their coaster isn't near B&M-ish at all. They're not that great, but hey, it's a game, but personally I'm more into realism.

Inspiration came from Dapalm's similar concept that he posted a while back however with my own personal flare to it.

I clearly stated that this idea came almost exactly from Dapalm. The layout is different and there is a slight change on the theme. Its themed to a angered Tiki god not to a volcano and Polynesian village such as Dapalm's was. There are many differences and also I asked him about his project and he said it died and he discontinued his creation so he would love to see it be continued by me. So therefore there is nothing wrong with me starting my own "version" of this idea especially when I am giving him most of the credit for the idea.

Anyways back on topic with the project...

Here is a picture of some of the theming that is inside the launch tunnel (Tiki Tunnel). There are fire/fog/ and strobe effects used each time a train launches as well as the ride soundtrack.

Image

And here are some pictures of the outer portion of the Tiki Tunnel as well as surrounding foliage and the infamous volcano.

Lastly, more foliage has been planted near the Cobra Roll as well some other "surprises"...

Love the launch tunnel, gives the roll out of the tunnel a really nice focus to the 0g roll out the station.

Also noticed a waterfall in the background - are you planning to keyframe animate that or something similar?

Exactly that minus the keyframing. It consists of a moving texture Nl2mat applied to the Nl2sco object and it gives the appearance of falling water.

Here's a first look at the ride station, this area is still a work in progress and will have much more theming!

What are these for?

Here is an update for you all!

While the main area of the park is the Polynesian themed area and the major E-ticket attraction of the park is Kilauea (The B&M Sitdown) there will be another area as well that will be themed around a Pirates village (yet to have a name and I am open to any suggestions) and feature Pirates Plunder- a pirate ship type ride that will be sure to make the whole family scream ARGHHH! There is planned to be a few other rides and attractions as well. Most of the 3d models are from a previous project of mine called The White Dragon.

Onto the pictures:
