Upload limitations

It's because before the limitations, some people were uploading a ridiculous number of tracks in a row, and the people who uploaded a track before them would get their track lost from the newest files, and more people wouldn't notice it as much. Since it isn't fair for those people, that's why there are limitations. I personally think that it should even be only 1 per day.

not bandwidth, it's just what intaminfan397 said, we want to give everyone equal time of being dislayed on the home page thus everyone being able to perhaps get more downloads and rating on their coasters. You can only upload 2 tracks a day.
