Now that most of the "New for 2016" coasters have been announced at this point, which one are the rest of you looking forward to riding the most?

I voted for Monster because it's the only new coaster that I'm sure I'll definitely be able to ride, but if you asked me which one I think looks the best, I think Lightning Rod looks like it could possibly be RMC's finest creation to date.

If I missed any new coasters in the poll, let me know and I'll update it.

To me it would definitely be Taron. Such highly themed Intamin multi launch ride should make this an awesome experience in overall.
Coastercount: 1410 (I've seen the world and it's horrid contraptions... @.@)

Valravn actually gave me a big impact after watching an official video from Cedar Point! The location for that coaster is surprisingly awesome as you will be able to enjoy the distant view of all CP coasters and see the guests walking below or in the Midway. I think I should vote for that, too, though I already have high hopes for other quality tracks such as Lightning Rod, Taron and so forth.

:)

For me, Taron not only has the potential to be the best coaster of 2016, but perhaps one of the best coasters of all time. Nothing I've seen matches incredible theming and an insane ride experience like what we've seen so far

Lightning Rod at Dollywood is close by (PA). It would be my first RMC, and those things are just far out of reach. Storm Chaser is in Kentucky, but I don't know if I will go. Total Mayhem? I wish it was a launched B&M Wing, but a 4D free-flier by S&S is good. Valravn? Just went to CP this year so I might not go (parents + money = hell nah). They all look good, and I'll rank them by what I believe will win best coaster for next year:

1. Lightning Rod
2. WildFire
3. Mako
4. Joker
5. Monster
6. Valravn
7. Storm Chaser
8. Taron
9. Cobra's Curse
10. Gale Force
11. Total Mayhem
12. Phobia
13. Flying Aces (not much knowledge)

While Taron does look like an amazing ride, I would love to see how Storm Chaser does at Kentucky Kingdom. It may be just what the park needs to compete against Holiday World and Kings Island.

I was excited for the Superman retheme at SFNE but since they are keeping the old trains, all my excitement is gone.

For me, second place would be Flying Aces because that thing looks to shape up to be another kicka** IntaRide with insane forces as usual, plus the enormous loop.

A close third would be Lightning Rod, probably the next generation all together of terrain coasters with Wildfire.

4th would be Valravn because of how well done it looks. The second half looks great and the placement of the coaster couldn't be more perfect.

5th belongs to Wildfire. Like I stated above, this is the next gen terrain coaster. I'm honestly not sure which terrain RMC will be better, I only ranked Wildfire lower because of delays and stuff, it kinda got my hype down not knowing when exactly it will be complete

6th is The Joker. The first half looks to have some insane elements and the second half looks to provide great airtime and some unusually strong lats

7th would be Mako. The color scheme and the theming is top notch, and the layout looks pretty good as well

8th would be Storm Chaser. This is the most normal RMC layout, but it still looks insane and looks to be an ejector machine.

9th is Monster. Great Layout and a fantastic fit for it's park. The drop looks crazy

And last but not least, 10th is GaleForce. Is it ok that I think this is by far NJ's best 2016 coaster? I think this blows TM out of the water, and it's an incredible fit for a small park. I think it's even better than the Premier Skyrockets

And if I had to keep listing...

11. Phobia

12. Total Mayhem

13. Cobra's Curse (don't jump me, I'm not that big on spinning coasters)

The only one I can probably ride is Phobia, but I am trying to convince my family to take a trip to Germany so I can go to Phantasialand. :D

Originally, Monster at Adventureland was my most anticipated coaster for this year, but now that I'm making plans to return to Cedar Point this summer, I'm going with Valravn. I'm excited to ride it since I have yet to experience a dive machine, and it just looks like an all-around fun ride.

I don't think Valravn will disappoint to be honest - Dive Machines are great fun and that one is huge!

Taron, Lightning Rod, and Flying Aces will probably be the winners of 2016. I am trying to keep a close eye on Monster (that's the Gerstlauer going to Iowa right) though.
