Most of it is being done by others. All the major coasters except RMT have been claimed, and I know that Nitro, El Toro and Superman are nearly done. Pretty much the only other major thing I currently plan on doing myself is Kingda Ka's queue, and I'll be integrating the other coasters as they're finished and submitted to me.

And speaking of this, anyone who's working on a coaster ready to submit it yet? It's been quite a while since I've heard from anyone.

Dusso, your biggest project aside, I noticed that your avatar says "Winter is coming!" Spring is coming IRL! :)

Notice who's saying it. Iron Man. Tony Stark. The motto of House Stark is Winter is Coming.

@Dusso Nitro is completed and is ready to be placed, Mkj332 was making the station/queue area and we kind of lost touch but, I'll PM him and see where he is with it.

Alright, I apologize for kind of disappearing. Engineering studies has been killing me and I haven't touched NoLimits in months. I need to get to my home computer and reattempt to transfer all the El Toro files to the main park.

As for the nitro project, the last thing I remember is sending you a station model. What's the next thing I can do to update it/ help the process?

For the next couple months my contributions will be limited, however as long as this project lives I would be glad to continue inputting.

I can still do that for you if you don't have time, just send me your park package. I'm sure I'll be able to get everything put back together properly! If you'd really rather do it yourself, please make sure to grab the most recent version of the main park here or here. I probably won't be updating it again myself until I'm ready to add Ka's queue or until Nitro goes in.

Since Nitro itself is done I'd definitely like to add it, the station and queue can go in later as they're completed. You could either send me Nitro's park/package file and I'll add it myself, or you could grab the latest version of the main park from one of my links above, add it, and send it back. I'd rather do it myself to avoid a situation where I get back one version of the main park with El Toro and one with Nitro!

Alright i finally located the file and put together a package. I'll send it to you and hopefully find some time to work on nitro when spring break comes up soon. I have an updated version of the station if it'd be of any use, otherwise ill send it along with some other scenery items later on.

I think what you're remembering sending to me is the station you did for the 4D Coaster project I was working on for one of my Dechlave parks. No worries, I understand how time-consuming and stressful engineering is...

For sure, I'll send you the file for Nitro via PM?

Right, that's what it was. I just sent you a pm with the Nitro file. Let me know when you get it as some of my pm's are getting stuck in the outbox.

Can you send me the whole current park project as it is too?

Probably the easiest way is to put it on Dropbox or Google Drive and PM me the link. I just got Toro that way.

I always keep it up to date here on Google Drive and here on Dropbox. You may want to wait until I've got Toro and its scenery integrated into the park, as I've just now received it. I'll post here when it's updated.

I'll be out of town for the weekend so I wanted to get this up now, the BIGGEST UPDATE YET! It's finally coming together! El Toro and Nitro are in! Work on scenery placement in Plaza Del Carnaval is well underway!

Image
El Toro and PDC! The coaster itself is spot-on, it matched perfectly with the overlay. Most of the PDC buildings are in place, all placed accurately using the overlay. El Toro's station and custom rails are also in, but the lift isn't in yet. I did notice that Toro was built with the spline location set to Center of Rails rather than Heartline. It's far too late to change anything now but this would have made it easier to build as Intamin prefabs are heartlined.

Image
El Toro train B (with the proper car color and the train logo) in the station. Hoping for a custom train model!

Image
El Toro's entrance. I ran into an issue here, Toro's entrance has to be turned too far clockwise to line up with the queue, to the point where Refrescos is sort of blocking it. The actual queue isn't straight like this.

Image
PDC. Tango isn't in yet because of a big issue, the left side of it (viewed from the front) has something like a mound of dirt that almost completely blocks the midway when the ride's placed properly. This will need to be fixed before it goes in.

Image
THAT VIEW from THAT ONE SPOT, the one we all know and love!

Image
View from the top of Ka!

Image
Nitro and Batman! Nitro's really good, the only major issue is that it has one bunny hop too many, the last one. The layout is a little more spread out than the real thing, particularly the helix, but that's not a big deal.

Image
View from the top of Nitro!

As usual, the updated park package is available on Google Drive and Dropbox.

One caveat from now on is that any unused scenery-related files will no longer be in the package, as there are just too many to manually select them. Right now this only applies to Toro. Mkj332, if you want to work on PDC's scenery in the main park, just extract the park and copy everything from the absfiles folder in your standalone Toro park to the one in the El Toro folder in the main park.

This IS really starting to come together! I saw screens that Blase posted of Superman earlier in the thread but, what's going on with the other "main" coasters, Bizzaro and Green Lantern?

EDIT: From the pics I've seen, Nitro does in fact have 3 bunny hills before the final brake run? And yea, I see what you mean about the helix, I can try to fix it if you'd like?

I figured it out. The problem is that you have the drop between the second and third bunny hills going all the way down to the ground. It doesn't, it only goes about halfway down. There are only two big drops in the bunny hill sequence, one coming off the MCBR and one off the last bunny hill. You essentially have 3, so I initially thought it was an extra bunny hill. And yeah, feel free to work on it either in your standalone park file and I'll re-import when you're done, or work on it in the main park file and send it back when you're done.

Alright this is starting to look awesome. I can go back into sketchup and adjust some 3d files that need tuning. I may also download the file and work on fencing and landscaping as it really ties the area together.

I may also post some of these pictures to the NoLimits forum to bring back some interest to those who were working in the other coasters.

I don't know who, if anyone, claimed work for Bizarro, as I haven't seen any pics of it on the thread but, I had some free-time and decided to whip up something... its not perfect but, I'll work on getting it as close as I can; as it stands now, the track length is 3,928ft (3,985ft IRL).

Somebody was doing it on the other forum but they disappeared. Not gonna lie, Bizzaro would be a fun project to make 3d work for. If you can finish it, ill make the 3d work look nice.

^Yea, I actually just saw the thread on the NLE, I didn't know it was on there too? I saw that JetStream was working on it but, he hasn't posted anything about it in awhile. I'm off to a good start and I'd be glad to take it on but, I want to make sure its okay with Dusso and everyone else who's "in charge" (for lack of better terms) of the project before I REALLY start to work on it.

Well here's my next work in production. I feel like it is a crucial piece of the project. Far from done obviously but we'll see how it goes.

I can take a look at RMT just to see what's involved, track-wise.

Also, I'm not sure who did El Toro, but I don't think it's 100%? Woof on the back-seat neg G's on the first two air hills.

I actually think this will look decent with the coaster surrounding it and trees / plants in front.
