Six Flags has announced a chain wide addition of ChopSix to the parks. ChopSix would effectively replace the Panda Express locations in the parks currently. Six Flags Magic Mountain has already replaced Panda Express with ChopSix, and the reviews of the food have been positive! The restaurant was tested at Great America last year, and clearly was successful enough for a chain wide move this year!

Not much info is known except it will be at most Six Flags parks in 2016. Great America and Magic Mountain are the only 2 parks seen with the restaurant so far!

And for the users that I know will ask this, yes, it will be on the Dining Plan! :D

Looks like it must be cheaper for them to make their own overpriced, crappy Chinese food instead of letting another restaurant do the job.

Just don't employ stupid people and you're golden.

That's like finding a Waffle House with no white trash in it.

^ Panda quality was really bad at Great Adventure, and that was owned by a real franchise owner. And the reviews have been better for the SF food than Panda, and if it's on the dining too, I can't complain.

It's because the rent was so high they couldn't afford to serve the real Panda meat.

I actually enjoyed it at Great America last year, especially since it was/is on the dining pass

^ I think each park decides whether to do it or not, since each Panda is franchised. But corporate has now made it an option for the parks.
