I believe you are 6 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time so that would make your deadline be March 10 at 6 a.m. I think...

I believe for you it would be March 10th at 6am... I could be wrong but that would be Midnight on March 9th (EST) for us.

I mean, I'd count it (and I'll advocate for counting it) seeing as what's a building other than a massive tunnel?

Technically speaking it DOES surround the track 360 degrees, so yeah, I'd count it.

My entry has been sent. Is it a problem if I upload the track on the exchange just after the dead line?

I am currently having problems sending mine. Whenever I attach it to the email it says that I have gone over 25Mb (Actual file is 70Mb). What should I do?

upload the file to either dropbox or to google drive and then send the link to the file in an email to the email that was posted above by blase

I sent my email the other day. Just curious if I went through and that everything is taken care of.

I'm not going to be able to make the deadline. I thought I would, but I should have known better since we just moved (with a dog, no less). Sorry I didn't have better foresight. Good luck to everyone in the contest, and sorry if this screws anything up. There's always next year...
