Nl2pkg file not working

So i opened Nl2 and click play and selected a coaster i downloaded which is nl2pkg file. It says it's unsupported and i have done this with a different coaster to (also nl2pkg)

What have i done wrong? I've been trying to look for people with the same problem but i can't find anything about installing parks.

Is it a file you have downloaded from this site? Could you point us in the direction of said file you cannot seem to open?

Make sure you No Limits is fully updated to the most recent version, if the problem persists try contact the No Limits 2 Dev team.

Yep, NL has been updated to version 2.0.2.9 I believe

I Updated it and now this happens:

uninstall NL2, then direct x, then reboot, the reinstall direct x, then reboot again, then reinstall nl2. Try that... Also email the NL2 team regarding this issue! They should be able to help.

I have the same problem what can i do?
