What US or UK "coasterless" park do you want to recommend? I'm just wondering. Excluding funfairs in any form in my question. Thanks for your interest!
I haven't been in the park and it's not located in the US or UK but I've heard "Puy du Fou" is a pretty great park. It's not a themepark with attractions but a themepark with a lot of really great shows.
Epcot is the best (and only) non-coaster park that I have been to. The world showcase bit is great and future world has some of the best rides I have ever been on. Strongly recommend!
K1 Speed has the best go-karts I've ever experienced, and there are locations all over the country. 40mph go karts, indoors, and they record your lap times! So you actually know who won, and you can improve your racing skills. Highly recommended!
Up until Super Storm Sandy, there was a small park in my area called Bushkill park, like Knoebles it had a collection of antique rides including a unique haunted house, fun house, and a golden ring carousel. At one point the was once a small woodie and a wild mouse, but not within my lifetime so to me it was always a coasterless park. My grandfather knows the owner and every July 4th they would have a huge party there. It was not the usual amusement park atmosphere we are used to, it was more like a giant block party honestly.

When thinking of UK coasterless stuff. Then Diggerland comes up as first idea. Heard about it, saw some stuff and it seems hilarious fun Not sure if it still exists though...
