Adding light to custom car and seat scripts

How can i add lights to my custom car. And can someone help my i need a tutorial of cc creator to make scripts for the seats on my car

I'm not really sure how CC creator works but from what I can see, it will make a small script that will place a .3ds model of a train to the actual train position.
Lights are also part of a model so if you include lights into the model, the lights will also be added to the cars.
