So I've been working on a rather ambitious project in parkitect recently, and I've decided to share my progress and give updates.

The park is called Evergreen Gardens, though I'll likely change the name of it once I'm done.

The plan is to have to park split into 6 themed areas which include:

Asia
Medieval Europe
The Old West
Tropical Islands
Pirate Era
Jurassic Era

Each area will include extensive theming and exciting rides.

Most of the park itself is actually built, though there's still work to be done and empty plots to fill as I go. The theming is done for 3 areas; Asia, Medieval Europe, and The Old West. The next area I'm planning on finishing is the Tropical Island area.

Here's a quick tasklist (with some notes) that i'll keep updated:

Asia:---------------------------------------------------Complete
-Ninja-(Arrow Suspended)------------------------Complete(add a few trees for interaction)

Medieval Europe:-----------------------------------Complete
-Excalibur-(Custom Vekoma MK-1200)----------Complete
-Alpine Adventure-(Alpine Coaster)-------------Complete

The Old West:---------------------------------------Complete
-Desperado-(Out and Back Woodie)------------Complete
-Mining Mayhem-(Arrow Log Flume)-------------Complete(possible name change?)
-Evergreen Railroad-(Railroad)-------------------Complete
-Saloon of Sacrifice-(Ghost Train)----------------Complete(possible name change?)

Tropical Islands:-------------------------------------Complete
-Island Plunge-(Intamin Swiss Bob)-------------Complete
-Wave Runner-(Mack Wild Mouse)---------------Complete

Jurassic Era:------------------------------------------Incomplete
-Untamed-(Custom Gerstlauer Eruofighter)----Incomplete(name will change, queue will be moved, ride rethemed)
-Copperhead-(Custom Arrow Hyper)------------Removed, subject to replacement
-lil copperhead-(Custom Zamperla)--------------Incomplete(subject to retheme and rename)

Pirate Era:--------------------------------------------Incomplete
-Afterburn-(Custom B&M Invert)------------------Incomplete(name will change, possible theming)
-Wildcat-(Custom Wooden Twister)--------------Complete(name will change, possible new paint job)

So Here's what you're actually here for, some photos:

And even with all this, I've managed to make quite the profit without the help of a mod:

It's rather funny, at this point I make more money than I know what to do with.
And no, I don't charge for any of the rides, my profit comes from just shop sales and admisssion.

Anyways, any feedback is always appreciated!

Cheating with mods I see!

I had no idea you could make those horrendous vekoma twist loops in the game with some creativity. The castley area looks especially great, and so does the wild west section. Maybe you could make the ponds a bit less angular?

I personally thought that it would be really cool if anyone on CC tried recreating WOF's defunct Orient Express in Parkitect, because of arboreal details that go well with track and support colors!

Yeah the castle area has a nice density of buildings too it - helps make the park feel populated.

This is why I stopped playing Parkitect. I'll never be this good or creative.

Better than RCT series that have shown us the "scenery customizing" difficulty so far. ;)

UPDATE TIME!

So I've been working on the re-theme/renovation of the Tropical Island area, and I figured I'd show some of the progress. Keep in mind, the theming in this area is only about 60% finished, but there's enough to give a general idea of where I'm going with it.

Overview:

Wave Runner (Formerly The Gorge) with new theming and splashdown ending:

Island Plunge and General Theming (Including Food Court):

And, as always, feedback is appreciated

Does that wild mouse have like 12 blocks? Also is there a way to make the green in the palm trees less dark? I might look a bit better then.

Yeah, the block count is ridiculous, but the entire coaster runs smoothly and all the blocking is proper so it avoids stacking unless it breaks down, but it tends to sort itself out once running again. As for the trees, I'll look into recoloring them, but I'm unsure if I'll be able to.

UPDATE #2!

So I've finished up the Tropical Islands area, and I think it looks pretty great. Unfortunately I can't recolor the trees, but I'm still rather satisfied with the outcome.

Also, Copperhead, the park's hyper, has been removed permanently to make room for two new attractions to be announced soon:

I like the irony of having a bobsled coaster in a tropical section of the park  :D

Honestly I find it ironic that all of the scenery mods all seem to be what people universally hated about RCT2's totally content-lacking expansion packs. Love the completed Asian area Meta, and I see you have 90000 food stalls like I do as well lol. Do you feel like you need infinite haulers?

yeah, I have more haulers than anything else. I have 1 security guard per zone, 2 janitors per zone, like 15 mechanics (just in case), 4 mascots, and like 50 haulers......

Once your park reaches a certain size, you really need them, otherwise stalls wait forever for supplies.

Hehe I should probably make zones since I haven't bothered. I think I'll start a new park once I "finish" the one I'm working on that has actual themes since the game landed on Steam.

Zones are a godsend....my park is spotless because my janitors stick to their zones instead of congregating in one corner of the park.

I have to say like Oriental Zones in Parkitect are seriously looking neat! I wonder how many users on CC have liked those temple buildings so far!
