I think that's total bull to think that I would just rate his like that because he rated mine low. I said, I don't really like it. And if people like my coaster, why would you take away their ratings? Why even have the rating system if you are going to abuse it like that? When someone complains about how they don't like how high something is rated, they complain here and a mod or admin deletes it. I don't think that's very fair at all because you don't know what I'm thinking, then delete the good ratings off of mine?! I think that's a poor choice as a moderator.

The admins delete overratings because the tracks that get the rating do not deserve that high of a rate, which was the case with your coasters.

Saying you don't like it isn't a reason to give someone ratings like that. I'm not saying I'm sure you placed that rating as a response to coaster992001's rating, but it does look like that. And even if you did not, you did not explain it in any way.

Now that's not the way it goes. If someone posts a complaint here we don't just take away the ratings the complaint it about. We always take a look at the track and then go from there. As you can see I've ridden yours and took the time to place a long constructive comment on it which I hope you'll read. So you know my opinion about that track.
Now when someone clearly overrates a track the ratings get deleted. Why? Because it's unfair for the weekly competition to let overratings or underratings stay on a track. So that is why they got deleted.

Yea maybe that wasn't too nice, but I've sent both users a PM explaining how they can improve their rating style. These members are new so it's nothing strange that they overrate (or underrate something) They just don't have as much experience as other members yet.

Hope this solves the issue, keep in mind ratings are never meant to insult someone, sometimes people place bad ratings with not much constructive tips in it, but that's just the way it is.
