Flip Flap Ferris Wheel.

Please help me because I can't remember the details of a Rock-O-Plane-like Ferris Wheel. The ride name is "Skywheel". Looks like it's in Pennsylvania (Correct if I'm wrong.) or near that state.

"500" perhaps by the end of this year.
I will be a Thai citizen if possible in a few years.
