How Do I Change My Username?

So I made this account back in 2012 when I was a brony, as you could see by my name. But I have since grown out of this phase and am stuck with a username incorrectly representing my account and current lifestyle. Is there any way to change this so I could have an appropriately represestitive username? PLease help!

Not to hijack or anything but is it really as simple as stating (probably in a PM) what name I want and making sure the e-mail is up to date?
Mine seemed like a cool name at the time and even for a while after that but I've kinda grown tired of it, and I feel like it would be more convenient to be called Soko all around.
I've also kinda grown out of (any new installments of) the franchise I got my name from, as I've never shown any interest in Pokemon X and Y or Sun and Moon, tho it's still fun to write fanfictions and read or come up with WMG theories whether they make sense or not.

Yeah, before it was a mess but now its a lot easier. So If Soko is what you want, ensure your email is up to date in your profile (no Microsoft based emails like @msn.com @Hotmail.com @live.com etc cuz Microsoft boucnes everything) and I'll go ahead and do it. But yeah, send that pm over once you're set to go.
