Ok, I'm done with the re-profiling. The new drop ups the top speed to 68 MPH, and adds a head-chopper which clears the envelope by around 2 inches (at that speed). The first half of the ride is now significantly faster paced, and I have added an extremely minor trim before the cobra roll in order for the remainder to be unchanged. The trim isn't there to kill the ride, it's to prevent blackouts, and it barely does its job. The helix has also been redone to be smoother and have a faster start. If you were expecting a slow ride, look elsewhere.

I am also looking for testers so if anyone wants to ride early, shoot me a PM.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

I'll begin judging shortly, however my final score will not be disclosed until the contest's end
Ok but how desperate you have to be to voluntarily fly from another country to go to Thorpe?

I caught a rogue fence in the revision first uploaded, I have updated both versions (Steam and CC) with the random fence removed.

Just a little teaser to show the progress... Nothing major and this is just the first draft...

Can there be a 62 million foot long cutback coaster for this contest?

Sure! As long as it's banked over 165 degrees.

Okay, after working on a design for a couple hours last night I've come to the conclusion that cutbacks are objectively the best inversion. Not sure how well my design will do (it definitely lacks visual appeal compared to designs being teased), but I did better than expected last time I entered a contest so we'll have to wait and find out.

Yellow train now points in the not stupid direction. Shaping of first cutback slightly modified.

I figured out how to take high quality screen-caps, but I already got most of the ride's good angles so here's a mediocre one.

Also I thought this was neat.
