Some clarifications:

The new zoning allows for an entrance building up to 45 meters.
The zoning for the attractions allows 3 rides to be 100 meters tall (Toverland mentioned an example situation where one of these would be a coaster and an observation tower, but they have not finalized the actual rides).
If Toverland wants to build more (or higher) things, they'll need explicit permission from the municipality.

Additionally, the parking lot will be about 25% bigger in the coming years, with possibly improved routing for better flow.

EDIT: Forgot to add, just because the zoning allows a certain height, doesn't mean they'll build something of that specific height ;)

The park has detailed its plans for the next 10 years:

- the entrance will be relocated
- a significant expansion of the park
- an additional parking lot
- a hotel (100 rooms for 4 people)

The goal is to double the park's attendance. From 630,000 visitors (in 2015) to 1,2 million visitors (by 2025).

According to a new zoning plan:

- buildings will be no taller than 30 m
- except for the new entrance (which includes a 45 m tall tower) and the hotel (35 m)
- rides are allowed up to 45 m (148 ft)
- however, 3 rides can be as tall as 100 m (328 ft)
- and even 150 m (492 ft) could be allowed, but that would require an additional investigation
All hail your great Arrow Dynamics overlords.

Interesting, looks like a really promising expansion plan, looks like they are missing a drop tower - could build something as tall as Hurakan Condor at Port Aventura or perhaps a Sky Jump for us Europeans!

About a month ago the site loopings.nl said that a spokesman of Toverland said that this was an error of a local newspaper (link). They're going to build something of 45 meters but it won't be the entrance. They won't say what they're going to build of 45 meter. It could be a ride or a restaurant or maybe a hotel (although it seems most likely that it would be a ride).
